Our new steel building is fully erected - we now have a lot of work to do on the inside and around the building before we can use it as our base.

We are now so close to bringing a Men's Shed workshop to Hayling Island!

as well as Hampshire Rural Development Fund, Lifeboat Inn, Coastguard Cafe, Dilkusha Court Residents, Northney Pantomime and Hayling Island Choir

What is a Men's Shed?

Men's Sheds are intended to be places where its members can work by themselves or in cooperation with others. Members can work on projects of their choice or on projects that can benefit the community.

When we get our workshop building up and running (on disused land at the rear of the United Reformed Church in Mengham), the Shed will be a place for members to share a range of tools and resources; and somewhere where informal learning can take place.

Members have a wide range of skills and experience to offer and can provide assistance with your project or they may need a helping hand themselves.

It's a place where members can just come for a chat and a cuppa.

We are committed to having truly inclusive membership but for legal reasons for we are unable to accept members under 18 years of age.

The Association is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation recognised by the Charity Commission, Registered Charity no. 1169439.
